Clean room. Affordable. Bare basic furnishings. But for affordable price it was acceptable

Everything at this property was wonderful. Cleanliness, update carpet and decor, well equipped kitchen and front desk staff. I will highly recommend this property to friends.

The hotel is great especially the breakfast. Very tasty and stuff is nice, but I’m complaining the price . I reserved the room on Thursday for Saturday night but Friday they decrease the price for about $40 less than I paid day before so I am not happy with that.

The area around the resort was quiet and beautiful. I really enjoyed the view from and ambience of the wide veranda. Seating in the indoor bar area was comfortable. However, continental breakfast seating on hard curved chairs very uncomfortable. The restaurant's German food delicious, but the "waldorf salad" very far from authentic, to put it mildly. The waitress and all-around helper, Buffy, was fantastic! Indoor main room was comfortable and large Games and some books on offer. Two major safety issues: the long loose carpet runner from inner door to restaurant is a serious tripping hazard. It needs to be tacked down or otherwise secured to prevent bunching up and causing someone to fall. There were plenty of elderly diners having to navigate their way. The second issue is lack of grab bars in the tub showers. At least one, if not two, should be installed. Both the carpet and bath fixes are relatively easy and inexpensive. The room was spacious, lighting adequate, and bath accessories fine. I appreciate the standalone heater but wondered why no extra blankets were provided. Maintenance needed to grout tub to outer wall, improve look of radiator in both rooms, and clean blades of filthy ceiling fan. Of some concern was the "pilling" of debris or more likely from loose carpet fibers that made its way onto my socks and sheets. Each morning I had to brush away the debris from the sheets. Kind of nasty, probably not dirty, but who knows?. Kris .
